The Pere Tarrés Hostel has been awarded with the TÜV International Certificate of Quality Management Systems according to the requirements of the UNE EN ISO9001:2000 regulation. Our aim is the continuous improvement of the customer service that the hostel offers to our clients and hostellers. For this reason, we have introduced the Systems of Quality Management for planning and carrying out the activities of the services of accommodation, restoration and meeting places.
The Department of Education Services attached to the Holiday Camps Service has been awarded with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 regulation stamp. This certificate, awarded by TÜV International, means a step forward in the effort made by the Department to standardize the development of its projects and, especially, to set for them rigorous design standards and make them coherent with the Pere Tarrés Foundation Ideology and Moral Code.
TÜV International has also audited educational processes and services addressed to unemployed persons, job and recycling training given by the Training Institute. This audit has certified that our services observe the requirements stipulated in the [UNE]-ISO 9001:2000 regulation as well as the ones specified by the students and firms that have chosen our Training Institute to improve their personal and professional competence.
